It is time for another great week in the Be More Yoga Community. As we move into May, I encourage you to take this time to take inventory of last month's achievements and this month's goals. We have lots of opportunities to connect virtually and in person.
Some things to think about:
Have you downloaded the Divayogi app, so that I can make booking classes and private sessions easier?
What is one thing that you would like to accomplish for the month of May?
Write an affirmation that will be your theme for this month. Once you decide what that it, write on it post-it notes and place them around your house for reminders.
Get an accountability group or buddy that you can check in with from time to time. If you do not have a person in mind, join the Be More Yoga Community Fakebook Group for support.
When tempted to do something that goes against your vision for May, pause and take 10 deep breaths.
If you fall down, get back up again...and again...and again... YOU GOT THIS!
Do you practice mindful movement everyday? Examples: Yoga, Dance, Walk, Cycle, Feldenkrais, Strength Training
Yes, I move everyday!
