 Join us on the first Sunday of each month for an invigorating and rejuvenating experience led by the wonderful Divayogi, Michelle Stafford. This class is designed to be inclusive and accessible, welcoming individuals of all ages and skill levels, including children, families, and seniors.

About the Class:This community yoga class is an opportunity for individuals to come together, breathe, move, and refocus the mind. Divayogi, Michelle Stafford, brings her expertise and positive energy to guide participants through a session that emphasizes the principles of the 8 limbs of yoga.

The 8 Limbs of Yoga:

  1. Yamas (Ethical Standards): Moral principles and how we relate to others.
  2. Niyamas (Self-Discipline): Personal observances and inner disciplines.
  3. Asana (Physical Postures): The practice of physical postures to build strength and flexibility.
  4. Pranayama (Breath Control): Breath awareness and control to enhance vitality.
  5. Pratyahara (Withdrawal of the Senses): Turning inward, detaching from external stimuli.
  6. Dharana (Concentration): Developing focused attention.
  7. Dhyana (Meditation): Cultivating a state of sustained concentration.
  8. Samadhi (Union):  A state of blissful awareness and oneness with the universe.
