From as early as I can remember, I have enjoyed writing. What started as a a fun way to communicate with family members during the holidays, evolved into a therapeutic way to navigate through chronic stress and trauma. Writing, for me, is a way to express what I am feeling. I can choose to share it with others, or not. Here you will find my thoughts on health and wellness. Of course, because I love to cook for my friends and family, I also had to include some of my favorite plant-based recipes!
